Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I GET THERE?
LA Nights, Roundhouse: The closest station is Chalk Farm which is a 2 minute walk from the venue, or you can travel from Camden Town Station which is a 10 minute walk. Both stations are served by the Northern Line. Romeo + Juliet, Islington: The Union Chapel is only a 2 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station, which is served by the Victoria Line and London overground services.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs at our events. Unless your dog is a service dog, you will not be able to bring your furry legged friend to snuggle up to whilst watching the movie.
I CAN'T FIND MY E-TICKET
You can download your tickets directly to any device. If you have your booking reference to hand, you can insert it and your postcode here. If you do not have your booking reference number, then please email us on hello@backyardcinema.co.uk
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please check your e-ticket for the recommended arrival time. Each event operates a different entry system so please check your ticket to ensure you arrive on time. If you arrive later than the last entry stated, we cannot guarantee you entry to the event or your seats may be changed.
FOOD & DRINK
No external food or drink is permitted in our cinema. But not to worry - we have bars inside the cinema selling an amazing assortment of refreshments for you to enjoy throughout your movie. The bar will stay open for the duration of the film!
ACCESSIBILITY
If you have any access requirements please email our customer service team hello@backyardcinema.co.uk. They will be able to assist you when making your booking, determining the best seats and reserving them for you if necessary. Please consult the specific event FAQ's for more detailed information.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you cannot attend you are able to pass your tickets to a friend or family member. If you do sell your tickets, you will not need to change the name on the tickets, please just ensure the attendee has a digital or physical copy.
CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR A FRIEND?
Of course you can - what a great gift! You are able to purchase the tickets in either your name or theirs, just as long as they have the e-ticket or physical copy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Don't panic you will be sheltered from the great British Weather!
