Carer tickets are free of charge – when booking your chosen date, please use the code CARERTICKET before selecting your seats.  Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one other full-price ticket within the same price band. If you have any issues processing your order with the code, please let us know and we will assist you. 

When arriving on the day, we will ask to see a valid CEA or PIP letter as evidence of providing personal care – if you are unable to provide this, we may refuse you entry or ask you to pay the full admission price for that section.

We also accept Access Cards where the card has a +1 symbol.
