All tickets need to be pre-purchased online at our website. The one you’re on now. You just need to select which theme you’re interested in, the film of your choice and the ticket option that is best for you.
Your e-ticket will then be emailed to you, keep this safe and bring it with you either on your phone or in physical printed form.

WHERE IS THE CINEMA LOCATED?
Our Christmas Labyrinth cinema is located on Clapham Common, South London, as part of the Christmas festival, Winterville.
WHAT IS WINTERVILLE?
Winterville is London’s alternative festive experience.
Before or after seeing your favourite film, make sure you plan enough time to enjoy everything the festival will have to offer; outdoor Ice Rink, Roller Disco, Fairground with Big Wheel, and Plonk Golf, as well as Street Feast’s Winter Feastopia, featuring a carefully curated mix of London’s best street food traders, and markets filled with creations from independent designers and artists – make a whole day of it!
* Please note Winterville be closed on Monday’s, however you will still be able to gain entry to Backyard Cinema and the Christmas Labyrinth pre-movie experience.
WHAT ARE THE CLOSEST PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS?
Both Clapham South and Clapham Common underground stations are based on the edges of Clapham Common, and are a short walk to Winterville.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CINEMA OPEN?
Please check your ticket for the specific info of your show. You can find your ticket by searching for ‘Print At Home Order’ in your email inbox. You can bring the ticket in physical form or on a smartphone.
DOORS OPEN 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE ADVERTISED FILM TIME.
ON BOOKING YOUR TICKET YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SELECT AN AVAILABLE ARRIVAL TIME. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT THIS ALLOCATED TIME TO ENJOY THE FULL EXPERIENCE. LATE ARRIVALS MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY TO THE LABYRINTH AND THE CINEMA.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The cinema is indoors and sheltered from the great British weather.
WHAT KIND OF SEATING WILL BE THERE?
There are a couple of types of seating – great big bean bag loungers, standard bean bags and premium bean bags which you’ll choose from when purchasing your tickets. If you have any special requirements please make us aware in advance so that we can ensure you have the best experience possible.
IS THE SEATING ALLOCATED?
Seating is not allocated, however it is split up into sections; Bean Bag Loungers (front 2 rows) Standard Bean Bags or Premium Bean Bags. We will have staff on hand to ensure you get the best seats possible and trust us, we have checked them all and they all have a great view. Any groups over 8 should get in touch via email beforehand to avoid disappointment of being able to sit together – email@example.com.
HOW DO I GET MY FOOD AND DRINK WHEN I GET THERE WITH THIS PREPAID TICKET?
There will be a Backyard Cinema Box office at the entrance, you need to exchange your online or mobile ticket there for your Backyard Cinema ticket and (if purchased) your food and drink vouchers. The tokens can be exchanged at the bar inside the cinema.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS WITH ME?
Sure, we love kids. You will need to check the rating of the film and they will require a ticket. Obviously, they won’t be allowed to drink alcohol and our bar staff will be checking ID all night. We love seeing kids watching old classics like The Goonies, or Back to the Future for the first time.
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
We are pleased to say that yes there is disabled access. It may also be easier if you are to get in touch with us before the show via e-mail, and we can get some aisle seats reserved for you and staff can be on hand to help should you need it. We also accept CEA cards so please get in touch so we can assist you.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
Afraid not, although you will be delighted to know we have a range of traditional cinema snacks as well as a fully licensed bar selling beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks. There will also be plenty of food options for you to enjoy ahead of entering the cinema as part of the Winterville festival, so you won’t need to bring a thing!
DOES THE BAR STAY OPEN? I GET THIRSTY…
I feel ya buddy, the bar will stay open throughout the screening.
CAN I COME BEFORE THE FILM BEGINS?
Hell yeah you can! The bar will be flowing, street food sizzling and music blasting. There is so much going on at Winterville too, it’s well worth a wander so get down early.
* Please note Winterville will be closed on Mondays’, you can still gain entry to Backyard Cinema and the Christmas Labyrinth pre-movie experience. We have one/two food vendors open for these days to ensure customers can grab something quickly before their show.
I WILL NEED TO GET HOME AT SOME POINT, WHEN WILL IT ALL BE FINISHED BY?
The longest films we have on show will be finishing no later than 11pm, most of them much earlier. Please check the run time of your film if you are concerned about getting a particular train home.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
As much as we would love to see you all in black tie or dressed up as a character from the film you are watching, we have no enforced dress code.
CAN I SMOKE?
There is an allocated smoking area outside of the cinema in Winterville Festival.
If you want to smoke you can pop outside, just keep hold of your ticket and you can freely come in and out as you please.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
